Q. Where can I get an agreement, which proves that I have deposit in JSC AS Eesti Krediidipank Latvijas filiāle?
A. An agreement, which proves that you have deposit in JSC AS Eesti Krediidipank Latvijas filiāle, can be saved and/or printed, after you have made a deposit on www.fixi-deposit.eu. During validity period of agreement and 6 months after deposit agreement maturity date, agreement will be available at www.fixi-deposit.eu (by entering Login name and password). Also, after you have made a deposit, the copy of agreement will be sent to your e-mail.
Q. How the Deposit agreement legal power is ensured?
A. Deposit agreement legal power is ensured by intended act of both parties, JSC AS Eesti Krediidipank Latvijas filiāle from one side and Client from other side, whereas:
- JSC AS Eesti Krediidipank Latvijas filiāle intended act,…, is considered as an offer on www.fixi-deposit.eu, to conclude Deposit agreement and consent to conclude Deposit agreement on the Client specified conditions, stated by electronic copy of Deposit agreements, which signed with electronic certificate, visualized and/or sent to the Client.
- Client intended act,…, is considered as the following actions: submission of Client personal data on www.fixi-deposit.eu; Client personal data authenticity confirmation on www.fixi-deposit.eu; Client consent to Deposit agreement terms and Tariffs on www.fixi-deposit.eu; transfer of Deposit amount from Client account in other bank to Deposit account in AS "Latvijas Biznesa banka".
Q. What is the maximal deposit amount in LVL?
A. The maximal amount of one deposit or total amount of several deposits can be 100 000 EUR or 70 280 LVL by the currency exchange rate of Bank of Latvia. If you want to deposit larger amount, by using www.fixi-deposit.eu, please, contact us.
Q. Is there any limit for maximal number of active deposit agreements?
A. Such a limit does not exist. Client can have several active deposit agreements, but the total amount of all active deposit agreements cannot exceed 100 000 EUR or equal amount in other currency.
Q. Is it possible to change an account number to which Deposit amount and accrued percent amount will be transferred after deposit agreement expiry?
A. AS "Latvijas Biznesa banka" recommends its Clients to keep their account, from which payment to deposit account was made, active throughout the validity period of agreement, to ensure fast and easy reception of Deposit amount and accrued percent amount, after Deposit agreement maturity. If, for some reasons, Client had to close an account from which was made a payment to deposit account, he can contact with JSC AS Eesti Krediidipank Latvijas filiāle, where he will be instructed for further actions.
Q. What are the Deposit repayment conditions before its maturity?
A. Deposit repayment conditions before its maturity depends from deposit currency, current offer and also it can differ from amount. With Deposit repayment conditions before its maturity, you can familiarize yourself before Deposit agreement conclusion, so the Client can familiarize himself with Deposit repayment and refuse from deposit agreement conclusion if the Deposit repayment conditions before its maturity are unacceptable for him. For already concluded agreement these conditions are shown in the Agreement section “Deposit repayment conditions before its maturity”.
Q. Is it possible to give orders by phone?
A. For deposit agreements, which are concluded on www.fixi-deposit.eu, it is not possible to give orders by phone. Orders for Deposit repayment before its maturity or change of e-mail can be sent by Client from www.fixi-deposit.eu, by using his Login name and password.
